Privacy notice
This notice describes how personal data is processed when you visit prologiclabs.ai or contact ProLogic Labs by email.
The site is a static website. Some technical resources (such as fonts and CSS) are loaded from third-party providers.
We do not use analytics, advertising trackers, or user profiling tools.
We aim to keep data collection to the minimum required to operate the site.
1. Data controller
The site is operated by ProLogic Labs (Paweł Procaj), based in Poland. For any matter relating to this notice or your personal data, you can contact:
2. Scope
This notice applies to the public pages served from this domain (including the homepage, Field Notes, and this document). It does not govern separate agreements, products, or engagements you may enter into with ProLogic Labs; those are covered by their own terms and notices where applicable.
3. Categories of data and purposes
3.1 Email you send to us
When you email [email protected], we receive the content of your message and standard email metadata (for example your address, subject line, date, and technical headers). We use this information solely to read your enquiry, respond, and maintain ordinary business correspondence.
3.2 Technical data when you load the site
When pages load, your browser may contact third-party services (for example, to load fonts). This may involve standard technical data such as your IP address. Providers may process additional request metadata as described in their own policies (see section 4).
We do not operate first-party login, accounts, or comment forms on the public site as currently shipped. If that changes, this notice will be updated before new collection goes live.
4. Third-party resources
The site loads styling and, on some pages, font files from external services. Your browser connects directly to those services; we do not control their logging practices.
- Tailwind CSS — stylesheet/script via the Tailwind CDN (tailwindcss.com).
- Google Fonts — font files and related requests (Google Fonts privacy information).
We do not embed social widgets, advertising pixels, or audience analytics scripts on the pages covered by this notice at the time of the last update. Links to third-party sites (for example LinkedIn or X) are ordinary outbound links; following them is subject to those sites’ policies.
5. Legal bases (GDPR)
Where the EU General Data Protection Regulation applies, we rely on the following bases:
- Article 6(1)(b) — processing necessary to take steps at your request prior to, or in connection with, a potential contract (handling your email enquiry).
- Article 6(1)(f) — legitimate interests in operating a stable, readable public website and using industry-standard delivery mechanisms (including third-party CDNs for fonts and CSS), balanced against your rights; you may object as described in section 7.
6. Retention
Email is kept for as long as needed to complete the conversation and for a reasonable subsequent period for follow-up, legal compliance, or legitimate business records, unless a shorter period is agreed or applicable law requires deletion.
Retention of technical logs held by third-party providers is determined by those providers’ policies and configuration.
7. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have the right to request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
In Poland, the supervisory authority is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO). Information is available at uodo.gov.pl.
To exercise your rights against ProLogic Labs, contact [email protected].
8. Transfers outside the EEA
Some third-party providers may process data in countries outside the European Economic Area. Where required, such transfers are intended to be safeguarded by appropriate mechanisms (for example the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or other approved tools), as described in the relevant providers’ documentation.
9. Changes
We may update this notice when the site, our practices, or legal requirements change. The “Last updated” date at the top will be revised accordingly. Material changes will be reflected here before new processing relying on this notice begins.
10. Language
English is the canonical text for this domain. Polish is an optional convenience summary and may be updated on a different schedule: Polski.
